The audio interface is a vital studio component that defines the way we work to a significant extent – and there are plenty out there to choose from. Grant Bridgeman explores the options.

Choosing or upgrading your audio interface both defines and is defined by the work you undertake in your studio. There is a huge range of interfaces now available designed to suit the different ways in which different studios operate as well as the various computers the interface has to connect to. So, which is the one for you?
