Audio fades in Cubase SX/SL 2.0
When getting into serious editing, being thoroughly familiar with crossfading audio is essential. Hollin Jones looks at how to do it in Cubase.
Part of the appeal of making music on computers is the flexibility it offers you at the editing stage. You can zoom in as far as sample level if you want (although few of us ever really need to go that far). You can use different audio clips on different tracks, repeat, cut and paste, and generally mess with things to achieve your aims.
