Crowded House - Don't Dream It's Over

Mitchell Froom talks to JoE Silva about how Neil Finn found his own chart success.


It’s almost easier to list the artists that Mitchell Froom hasn’t recorded with over the past 20 years. From early keyboard credits for former Eagle Randy Meisner and Janet Jackson, to his work behind the glass with everyone from Elvis Costello, Paul McCartney and David Byrne, Froom was the thinking man’s producer through much of the late 80s and 90s. But it wasn’t until he took on an unknown trio of Kiwis that his name caught that elusive industry buzz.
