Cubase built-in Synthesizers
These days, Cubase is equipped for far more than simply recording and editing audio and MIDI – it can provide sounds, too. Tim Hallas is your tour guide...

Many people only associate Cubase with the creation and editing of MIDI and audio – as you would expect from any DAW software – but, since version 2.2, Cubase has increasingly included more and more nice-sounding synths as a bonus for all us analogue junkies. In this walkthrough, we’ll look at the basic plumbing-in of a synth channel within your project as well as how to edit some basic patches.
