Understanding Drum Racks is a must for all Live users, but there are certain elements that get better results, faster. Liam O’Mullane shares some tricks.

Before getting too technical with Drum Racks, it’s a good idea to explore the various kit and hit presets from the Live library (and any you may have installed from third-party Live Packs). These can be a great starting point for drum work. You can view these by expanding the Drum Rack folder in the Live Device Browser.
