The EXS24 is undeniably a great asset to Logic Pro, but its intricate and complex file handling system isn’t the easiest of concepts to get to grips with. And when you’ve installed Logic Pro 7 and all of its bundled sample content you’ve got several hundred instruments to deal with, not to mention the thousands of samples files associated with them. It’s no surprise, therefore, that many users choose to steer clear of actively organising this data, but in doing so we’re potentially missing out on a multitude of ways to improve our creative working environment.
