Logic Pro 9 Workshop - Bouncing to disc
Logic’s range of bouncing features offers both practical and creative benefits to your workflow. Mark Cousins takes control.

Rendering the finished mix as an audio file or individual parts of the mix as audio files (stems), is an essential part of any DAW’s workflow. Logic contains a range of ‘bounce to disk’ features, from the ability to bounce the mix as a whole through to the new and exciting Bounce in Place feature introduced with Logic Pro 9. In this Workshop, therefore, we’re going to take a good look at the bouncing process, examining ways in which you can ensure that your song is rendered as effectively as possible, as well as the new creative possibilities offered by the ‘Bounce in Place’ process.
