Of all the new features in Logic Pro 7, Sculpture captured the most interest and excitement among Logic fans. However, despite its immaculately designed GUI and some of the most cutting-edge synthesis tools available in any music production software, Sculpture has left many users confused about its most appropriate musical application. Certainly, a quick trip through its presets doesn’t offer many clues, and with a whole new system of synthesis to learn, Sculpture isn’t something that you can just pick up and play. But this is a shame, as this 21st-century synth is one of Logic’s most innovative features, so let’s take a closer look at what it has to offer.
