Production in the Mix
Covering a song and its production style can be a focused and productive learning experience. Liam O’Mullane guides you through.

Coming from an in-the-mix, tempo-based perspective, this approach can be used in one of the following three ways: to mimic an entire song from a composition and production standpoint; mimic only the sounds and production to then use in your own compositions; or use it purely as a reference benchmark to aid your arrangement and production standards for the current genre in focus.
