Protools 8 Workshop - Using DigiRack EQ 3
Pro Tools comes with a powerful EQ plug-in right out of the box that’s more than capable of sorting out many common mixing problems. Mike Hillier shows you how.

Without a doubt, EQ is one of the most powerful tools in an engineer’s arsenal. Whether it’s being used during tracking, mixing or mastering, a well-used EQ can transform a sound, a mix or even a whole track. Each different EQ has its own strengths and weaknesses and a good professional engineer will have several different models (either hardware or software) to call upon, matching the right EQ type to the job in hand.
