Recording time really is money, and when that studio clock is ticking away, many bands feel too uptight and nervous to perform to the best of their ability. Most players have a pretty good idea of how their band sounds and feels when they play live, but capturing that raw power and emotion is hard to achieve when you are constantly under pressure. If your band has been together for a while, your playing is tight and you are happy with the song arrangements, a live recording might be the perfect way to capture your band’s sound.
