Cakewalk’s Project5 version 2 can interface with Sonar thanks to the magic of ReWire. Brian Smithers guides you through the best of both worlds.

Loop-based production has been possible in Sonar since it was born from the ashes of Cakewalk Pro Audio a few years ago. Audio and MIDI Groove Clips and the Cyclone DXi are chief elements of this new-found groovitude, and they have transformed Sonar into a serious beat-creation machine.
