AudioSnap is arguably the most significant new feature in Sonar 6. It brings together several functions – audio quantize, groove extraction, elastic audio and more – that enable creative or corrective treatment of a track’s timing. In this Workshop we’ll show you how to align the project’s tempo to a freely recorded audio clip, turn the clip’s timing into MIDI notes, and match a drum loop’s tempo and feel to a clip.
