Tube And Berger - Straight Ahead

Former schoolmates and ex-Bromley Contingent mistress collaborate on major hit.


Chums since their earliest days at school, Tube & Berger (Arndt Roerig and Marko Vidovic respectively), decided to shelve the punk band they had formed and make their first foray into DJ’ing and electronic music. Eventually, the sea change in genres led to their setting up a small bedroom studio in their apartment. This was not a particularly welcome move for all concerned: “The neighbours,” they reminisce, “were not amused…”
