Mark of the Unicorn (MOTU) is probably better known for its multi-port MIDI interfaces and its versatile audio interfaces than for its software. Buy a MOTU audio interface and included is AudioDesk, a perfectly useable multitrack audio software package for Mac and PC, which owes a lot of its functionality to Digital Performer, MOTU’s flagship audio/MIDI sequencer.
