We first encountered the ‘Evolve’ concept back in Issue 75 (June 2009), when we reviewed Heavyocity’s original release of its Evolve library – a one-stop shop of cutting-edge rhythm beds, FX stings and ambience beds aimed at the busy media composer. Since then, Heavyocity has moved into a direct partnership with Germany-based developers Native Instruments, releasing a new library based on the Evolve concept – Evolve Mutations – in 2009. Its follow-up is this – Evolve Mutations 2.
