db Audioware Flying Haggis

Price: £49.00
Manufacturer: db Audioware
Website: http://www.db-audioware.com

It might have been given one of the most ridiculous names to come through the door in the last few months, but db Audioware’s Flying Haggis is actually a decent amp simulator. Rather than modelling any specific existing amplifiers, db Audioware has set out to define its own sound. Therefore, you get only a single amp and six effects, which you can shape to fit your needs. This is a refreshing approach, forcing you to craft your tones rather than relying on the work of someone else.

Score: 8
