FXpansion leapt to everyone’s attention with BFD, an outstanding software acoustic drum sample player that brought a level of realism to sample-based drum performances that simply had not been achievable previously. Turning its attention towards more obviously sampled drum sounds, FXpansion developed GURU, a beatbox and groove slicer with powerful sequencing tools.
