GigaStudio 3 is the eagerly anticipated new version of GigaStudio – the software sampler introduced several years ago that has gone on to earn its place in the gear lists of some of the top names in music production. The concept behind GigaStudio has remained the same since its birth: to use hard disk streaming as an alternative to RAM-based sample playback, something that at the time was entirely new and enabled the use of comparatively large samples.
