Zoome Handy Recorder H2
Zoom has augmented its portable recorder range with the pocket-sized H2. Mike Hillier hits the road...
Price: £159.00

Zoom took the portable Flash-based recording market by storm with the H4, which was not only a portable recorder with built-in stereo microphones, but a USB audio interface with dual XLR inputs, too. The H2 has far less lofty ambitions, but it’s no less interesting as it’s equipped with two pairs of stereo mics, making it capable of four-channel recordings with 360-degree coverage.
Score: 8
