Yamaha HS80M
Yamaha’s HS80M active monitors promise to follow the tradition of the company’s legendary NS10s. Huw Price listens in.
Price: £199.00
Manufacturer: Yamaha

Although Yamaha’s diminutive NS10s sold in their thousands, there were bigger Yamaha monitors on the market back in those days. The NS10’s big brother, the NS40M, had two white woofers and a much larger cabinet, while the mighty three-way NS1000s sufficed as the principal monitors in quite a few studios.
Score: 9

I'm about to splash the cash on a pair of monitors for my home studio for music production / audio post production. I like the review, thanks!
I need to decide weather to go for these or the msp7's?
