Ever since Focusrite released Liquid Channel (reviewed in Issue 23), the world has waited with baited breath to see whether more products featuring the company’s Liquid technology would emerge. What excited people so much about the Liquid Channel was the unique pairing of Focusrite’s proven expertise in mic preamp design coupled with Sintefex’s cutting-edge experiments in dynamic convolution, making the Liquid Channel a real ‘audio chameleon’.
