There would seem to be no shortage of demand for portable, USB-powered MIDI controller keyboards, perhaps reflecting the fact that we live in a world where laptops and software instruments genuinely can pull their weight against desktop systems – and let’s not forget the many musicians who work in bedrooms and other small spaces.
