Yellow Tools is a German company with a young team of sound designers and programmers (all of them musicians) renowned for their high-quality sound libraries. Although successful in this field, the company has recently changed tack and the team is now fully committed to developing sound libraries with self-contained audio engines, requiring no additional software sampler. They call them Modular Virtual Instruments – or MVIs – and Majestic is their second release, following in the wake of their percussion library, Culture, which we looked at in June of last year.
