Making Waves has always ploughed its own furrow. In some ways it offers much the same facilities as all the other audio/MIDI sequencers on the block, but it actually does a few things very differently. The basic approach is to achieve integrated playback, sequencing and arrangement of audio files stored on your hard disk. It is not a MIDI sequencer with audio multi-tracking capabilities bolted on, it is a genuine hard disk audio recording system.
