Korg microSAMPLER
Hardware samplers are less common in these days of the all-singing, all-dancing DAW – but don’t write them off just yet. Mike Willox checks out Korg’s latest offering.
Price: £499.00
Manufacturer: Korg
Website: http://www.korg.com

To a large extent, the old-school sampler has been replaced by our DAWs. Audio can be created, repeated, topped and tailed, pitch-shifted or timestretched effortlessly onscreen with a mouse. Who needs a separate piece of kit?
Score: 8
