There’s a trend among samples library developers at the moment to produce virtual instruments that target television, film, game and media composers. Vir2’s Q fits this cinematic mould with almost 2,000 patches and 16GB of material including drums, percussion, winds, vocals, ethnic instruments and guitar alongside a host of textures, pads, trailer-ready effects and percussion loops. Powered by Kontakt as a plug-in, Q is compatible with all major sequencers and is also fit for standalone use.
