Unpacking a box of software can be disappointing experience. At first sight you could be forgiven for thinking that a package of such gigantic proportions must be stuffed to the gills with goodies. But all you find is a solitary CD, a few skimpy documents, and maybe a copy protection key rattling around at the bottom of the box. Even though you know that what you’re really paying for is the development of such a complex product, somehow you feel short-changed…
