Prime Loops Smooth Keys

Price: £17.95
Manufacturer: Prime Loops
Website: http://www.primeloops.com

The piano, despite being a beautiful-sounding instrument, may not be the first choice for some songwriters and producers as it will always have certain classical connotations. Instead, many opt to use keyboards in their tracks, such as the Wurlitzer Electric Piano, Fender Rhodes and Hohner Clavinet as they can deliver a delicate, fragile sound but with a more modern edge. Smooth Keys, the latest release from Prime Loops, contains riffs played on all three of these well-loved instruments, as heard on classic tracks by Stevie Wonder, Herbie Hancock, Pink Floyd and Marvin Gaye.

Score: 8
