You are forgiven if you’re confused as to why these preamps are so much cheaper than Universal Audio’s other models. There’s certainly nothing missing from the spec sheet, and looking inside confirms that the build quality is superb – we’re talking top-quality components, not run-of-the-mill industrial-grade stuff. Even the valves in the Solo 610 are a choice pick – a GE 6072 and a 12AX7.
