The Sontronics Senora is a dual-channel desktop preamp and DI box with two discrete solid-state channels. In this context, ‘discrete’ refers to the single-circuit components that are used in the signal path in preference to amps. This is old-school electronics, which Sontronics has chosen to ‘re-create a classic sonic character while using modern manufacturing techniques’.
