Fatar’s Studiologic MIDI keyboards have been around for a while. In fact, the company was making full-size, MIDI-only master keyboards as long ago as 1988. In the last few years, many other manufacturers have got in on the game, so Fatar is facing more competition. Its flagship products have always been 88-note weighted master keyboards, and for a long time they were popular with players who needed MIDI capability, but also wanted a realistic piano action rather than the semi-weighted workstations and synths that dominated the market.
