The Korg TP-2 is a solid-state mic preamp and optical compressor with two independent (but linkable) channels. The inputs accept both XLR and jack inputs, so you can work with balanced XLRs and jacks or unbalanced jacks. The TP-2 can also be switched to high-impedance mode for DI recording.
