FabFilter is a developer of virtual instruments and effects that has been making quite a splash with its plug-ins since it launched in 2002. The latest synth to join its lineup is the Twin 2, successor to the Twin subtractive synthesizer. In keeping with the latest technology it is available in 32- and 64-bit versions for Mac and PC, with 64-bit compatibility as always being dependent on your having a compatible DAW and operating system. At the other end of the scale it’s compatible with systems as far back as Windows XP and Mac OS 10.4, so even those running older systems won’t be left out in the cold.
