For the last few years, the one thing guaranteed to get any aspiring DJ drooling has been the sight of an Allen & Heath mixer. The Xone range has become the superstar DJ’s console of choice, but until now anything with ‘Xone’ written on it has carried a price tag that would make your average bedroom wannabe weep. So, the launch of this new two-channel Xone is big news in DJ land, because the £337 asking price brings it within reach of – to coin a phrase – the rest of us.
